The assembly consists of a laser unit and a marking head on a column with a flat working table, making the machine ready for operation immediately after being placed on a table. The source operates with 30 W power at a wavelength of 1064 nm, with a frequency of 40-60 kHz and a pulse width of 100 ±10 ns at 45 kHz. The delivery includes LightBurn software, where graphics, texts, and serial numbers are prepared and sent directly to the machine. It is complemented by the BSL Lite marking program and the CorFile2 correction tool, both for Windows computers from XP to Windows 11 connected via USB cable. The size of the working area changes according to the installed F-Theta lens and corresponds to areas of 110 x 110 mm, 175 x 175 mm, or 200 x 200 mm.
- LightBurn software included – preparation of materials and sending to the machine occurs in one program, eliminating the need to search for and purchase a licence after buying the machine.
- 30 W source at 1064 nm – power can be smoothly adjusted from 1 to 100 %, allowing for the depth and contrast of the marking to be tailored to the specific surface.
- Galvo scanner with a speed of 8000 mm/s – positioning speed of 12 m/s at F=160 mm and repeatability under 13 µrad maintains a short time per piece.
- Field according to F-Theta lens – using a different lens creates a field of 110 x 110 mm, 175 x 175 mm, or 200 x 200 mm depending on the size of the parts.
- Operation without water cooling – the laser is air-cooled, so there is no need for an external cooling circuit or regular maintenance, making preparation for operation faster.
- Power supply and protection – single-phase network 110-230 V and 50/60 Hz with a power consumption of up to 400 W, the marking head has an IP54 rating and the laser unit IP20.

The machine is suitable for workshops, production, and operations where tools, labels, parts, or gift items are marked in small series. The marking head moves along the column, allowing the focus to be adjusted according to the height of the object, and holes in the working table facilitate the clamping of fixtures. The operating environment is a standard workshop with temperature +5 to +35 °C and humidity up to 90 % without condensation, away from dusty operations. Before first use, it is advisable to install LightBurn and the correction file and test the settings on a sample piece to fine-tune the power and speed. The combination of a 30 W laser, fast galvo, and ready-to-use software reduces the time from idea to finished marking to mere minutes. Additionally, marking does not require inks or labels, so after the initial purchase, the costs for consumables are eliminated.

How do I return goods?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the items you are returning.
- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.
- Send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number – this lets us refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.

If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).

Write to us within 30 days of receipt at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the variant you are interested in. We usually reply within 24 hours.
If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
