The wireless doorbell is the solution for houses, flats, offices, and accommodation facilities where it is not possible or desirable to run wiring. The set consists of a wireless button (transmitter) and a receiver that plugs directly into an electrical socket. Installation is plug and play – simply plug the receiver into the socket and place the button next to the entrance door, no drilling into walls for wiring is necessary. Choose from 38 ringtones and three volume levels, allowing the sound to be tailored to the size of the room and the time of day. The set is pre-paired at the factory and is functional immediately after unpacking and removing the insulating strip from the button.
The receiver operates within a power supply voltage range of 100–250 V, 50/60 Hz and is fitted with a EU plug, allowing it to be plugged into a standard socket in any room and moved as needed. The wireless transmission passes through standard building structures, so the button at the entrance and the receiver in the living area of the house communicate without connecting cables. The system can be expanded: one transmitter can be used with up to five receivers and one receiver can be used with up to five transmitters, allowing coverage of multiple floors, side entrances, or gates.

The doorbell is suitable wherever there is a need to signal at the door without interfering with the electrical installation. The choice of melody and volume is made directly on the receiver, so the settings can be changed at any time without the use of tools. If the button does not respond to the receiver, pairing can be redone at any time – the same procedure is used when adding another button or receiver to the set. The compact dimensions of both parts allow placement even in smaller spaces, and the button can be mounted next to the entrance door or on a gate. With the option to relocate the receiver to another socket, the set is also suitable for rented spaces and temporary installations.

How do I return goods?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the items you are returning.
- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.
- Send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number – this lets us refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.

How does it work?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and a description of the problem, and attach photographs or a video.
- We will assess it and suggest a solution. Photographs are usually enough – please do not send the goods back until you have received instructions from us.
- We will settle your claim within 30 days at the latest – with a new item, a price reduction or a refund.
If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).
ExchangesA different size, colour or variant
Write to us within 30 days of receipt at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the variant you are interested in. We usually reply within 24 hours.
If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
