Wireless headphones with ear hooks allow you to listen to music and take calls without cables that could get tangled in your pocket or bag. Each headphone has a hook that rests behind the ear and helps keep the headphone in place. They connect to your phone or other devices via Bluetooth 5.0. You can control music playback and volume directly from the headphones, and you can also accept or end calls. When you're not using the headphones, you can store them in the charging case with a lid that protects them while also charging them.
- Ear Hooks — the hook of each headphone rests behind the ear, and the tip fits into the ear canal. Thus, the headphone is held in the ear not only by the tip but also by the hook. The hook and the body of the headphone form a single unit. On the outer side of the headphones, there is a round shiny detail.
- Connection and Control — the connection to the device is ensured by Bluetooth 5.0, which is supported by most current phones, tablets, and laptops. You control music playback and adjust the volume directly from the headphones. This way, your phone can remain in your pocket, bag, or on the table. The sensitivity of the headphones is 96 dB.
- Calls — you can accept an incoming call directly from the headphones and easily end it after it's finished. You won't have to pull your phone out of your pocket or bag for every call. This is especially appreciated when your hands are full or your phone is tucked deep in your backpack.
- Battery Life — the battery has a capacity of 600 mAh and a life of 8 hours, which is sufficient for a long train or bus journey. After use, you can return the headphones to the case, where they will recharge. This means they are ready for your next listening session.
- Charging Case — the case with a lid has a rounded shape and moulded slots that fit the headphones even with the hooks. When you open the lid, you can see the battery status on the display. The case protects the headphones when carried in a bag or backpack, and thanks to the closed lid, they won't fall out.
- Usage — you can use the headphones to listen to music, podcasts, or audiobooks from your phone, tablet, or computer with Bluetooth. You will appreciate the ear hooks if regular earbuds do not stay in your ears or fall out during movement. They are suitable for home, work, and walks.

How do I return goods?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the items you are returning.
- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.
- Send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number – this lets us refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.

How does it work?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and a description of the problem, and attach photographs or a video.
- We will assess it and suggest a solution. Photographs are usually enough – please do not send the goods back until you have received instructions from us.
- We will settle your claim within 30 days at the latest – with a new item, a price reduction or a refund.
If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).
ExchangesA different size, colour or variant
Write to us within 30 days of receipt at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the variant you are interested in. We usually reply within 24 hours.
If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
