The video doorphone with bell and camera gives you an overview of the happenings outside your home or flat. The set includes an outdoor unit with a camera and bell button, and an indoor monitor with a 7" colour LCD display, so you can always see who is at the door. The wired video doorphone operates on a 4-wire connection, ensuring stable transmission of both image and sound without relying on a Wi-Fi network or home router. The 120° wide-angle camera captures the area in front of the door, including the edges of the frame, and thanks to night vision, it provides images even after dark. The system can be connected to an electric lock, allowing you to open the door or gate directly from the indoor monitor without having to go to the door.

How do I return goods?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the items you are returning.
- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.
- Send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number – this lets us refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.

How does it work?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and a description of the problem, and attach photographs or a video.
- We will assess it and suggest a solution. Photographs are usually enough – please do not send the goods back until you have received instructions from us.
- We will settle your claim within 30 days at the latest – with a new item, a price reduction or a refund.
If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).
ExchangesA different size, colour or variant
Write to us within 30 days of receipt at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the variant you are interested in. We usually reply within 24 hours.
If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
