The video doorphone with camera forms a complete set for the entrance door of a family house, flat, or office. The outdoor unit with a bell button captures the area in front of the entrance with a wide-angle lens and transmits the image to the indoor monitor with a colour display. The video doorbell with monitor operates on a wired connection, so the transmission of both image and sound is not dependent on a Wi-Fi network or a mobile application. Thanks to the two-way communication, you can speak with your visitor before opening the door and find out who is outside. The indoor unit is controlled by touch buttons on the front and offers a clear menu with settings where you can customise the main functions to your liking.

The video doorphone with camera and monitor is a practical addition to entrance doors, gates, and office doors. How do I return goods?

- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.

If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).

Write to us within 30 days of receipt at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the variant you are interested in. We usually reply within 24 hours.
If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
