Overview
Tin Solder in Tube 10 g Diameter 0.8 mm With Flux Melting Point 183 to 266 °C Silver For Soldering Electronics and Printed Circuit Boards

Tin solder with a flux core is used for soldering electronics, wires, and printed circuit boards with a standard micro soldering iron. The tube contains 10 g of solder wire, which is sufficient for a typical home repair or for several dozen joints in a service. The wire diameter is 0.8 mm, making it suitable for fine work with small components, as you can apply just the right amount of solder to the pad. The wire is wound in a transparent tube with a spring, so it does not unravel, and the end always protrudes ready for use. The silver surface without oxidation ensures that the solder flows well over the pad.

  • Flux Core — the wire contains flux, so you do not need to apply flux separately for most joints.
  • Melting Point — the solder melts between 183 and 266 °C, which corresponds to the standard settings of micro soldering irons.
  • Tube with Spring — the case with a spring feeder holds the wire in your hand, so you do not need to use your other hand while working.
  • Portable Packaging — the tube fits in your pocket or service bag, and the wire remains straight inside.
  • Dispensing — the thin wire allows for precise dispensing of solder onto small pads and fine leads.
  • Usage — suitable for repairs of electronics, soldering wires, connectors, and populating printed circuit boards.
  • Cap — the lid protects the wire from contamination and prevents it from spilling out of the tube during transport.
  • Contents — 1x tube of tin solder 10 g

Solder is used by electronics repairers, electricians, and DIY enthusiasts who repair appliances and assemble small circuits themselves. The tin content is 40 to 60 percent, with the remainder made up of other alloy components, so it is a standard soft solder, not a lead-free variant. Soldering should be done on a clean and degreased surface, as tin does not adhere to grease or thick layers of oxidation. It is recommended to ventilate the area while working and to wash your hands after soldering. Store the tube closed to prevent the wire from losing its shine and oxidising.
