These thermal insoles for shoes are made from memory foam, which adapts to the shape of your foot and cushions every step pleasantly. The surface consists of a soft plush layer that feels gentle and warm on the foot. The package contains 2 pairs of insoles, so you can have one pair in your winter boots and the other perhaps in your work shoes. The insoles are suitable for both ladies and gentlemen and fit ankle boots, snow boots, trainers, and regular walking shoes.
The shaped insole follows the natural structure of the foot. At the front, you will find relief in the toe area, in the middle an increased arch support, and a contoured recess under the heel. This ensures that the foot stays better in place within the shoe, making walking more comfortable even during longer periods spent outdoors. You can choose from six sizes according to European shoe sizing.

Memory foam compresses gently upon impact and slowly returns to its original shape when relieved. This provides even support along the entire length of the foot, preventing pressure from concentrating only on the heel or the front part. The soft surface also creates a pleasant insulating layer between the foot and the sole of the shoe, which you will appreciate especially when walking on cold pavements or snowy paths.
When choosing a size, refer to the shoe size you normally wear and the insole length indicated for each size. If the insole falls between two sizes, it is advisable to choose the larger size. Before inserting into the shoe, we recommend removing the original insole to ensure there is enough space for the foot in the footwear.

How do I return goods?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the items you are returning.
- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.

- We will settle your claim within 30 days at the latest – with a new item, a price reduction or a refund.
If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).

Write to us within 30 days of receipt at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the variant you are interested in. We usually reply within 24 hours.
If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
