The TCT three-edge cutter with dimensions 10 x 30 mm is a straight grooving cutter for milling wide grooves, rebates, and cutouts in wood. The cutting diameter is 10 mm and the length of the cutting edges is 30 mm, allowing the cutter to handle wide and deeper grooves in thicker materials. The cutting edges are made of tungsten carbide and the cutter is secured with a 1/2 inch shank with a diameter of 12.7 mm. It can be used in a router, CNC milling machine, or engraving machine. The cutter is silver with a grey transition between the shank and the cutting edges.
- Groove 10 mm — the cutter creates a groove 10 mm wide with a flat bottom and vertical walls. It is suitable for joints and recessing thicker boards, strips, and fillings.
- Depth up to 30 mm — the cutting edges allow milling to a depth of up to 30 mm. Always mill wide and deep grooves gradually in multiple passes and increase the depth in smaller increments.
- Three alternating edges — during rotation, three cutting edges engage in the cut sequentially, each removing a smaller chip. The cut is therefore smoother than with cutters with fewer edges.
- Tungsten carbide edges — the abbreviation TCT denotes cutting edges made of tungsten carbide. This material is harder than tool steel and is commonly used for wood and chipboard cutters.
- 12.7 mm clamping — the shank with a diameter of 1/2 inch fits into a 12.7 mm collet. A 12 mm collet is not suitable for it, so please check your machine's equipment before purchasing.
- Total cutter size — the cutter measures 88 mm. The thick shank provides good rigidity to the tool, and the depth of insertion into the collet should be chosen according to the machine's manual.
- Routers and CNC — the cutter can be used in a handheld router, on a milling table, in a CNC milling machine, or in an engraving machine, provided they have a collet for 1/2 inch.
- Wide grooves and rebates — the cutter is designed for wood and multi-layer chipboard. It is suitable for wide grooves and rebates in frames, doors, and furniture parts.
- Caution when working — a wider cutter removes more material, so choose an appropriate feed rate and do not mill the entire depth at once. Secure the workpiece firmly and wear protective eyewear.

How do I return goods?
