The TCT groove cutter with dimensions 9 x 30 mm is a straight three-blade cutter for milling wider and deeper grooves, rebates, and cut-outs in wood. The cutting diameter is 9 mm and the blade length is 30 mm, allowing the cutter to handle thicker boards and beams. The blades are made of tungsten carbide and the cutter is clamped with a shank diameter of 12.7 mm, which is 1/2 inch. It can be used in a router, CNC milling machine, or engraving machine. The cutter is silver with a light grey transition between the shank and the blades.
- Groove 9 mm — the cutter creates a groove 9 mm wide with a flat bottom and vertical walls. It is suitable for joints and recessing thicker boards, strips, and infills.
- Deeper Cut 30 mm — the blades allow milling to a depth of up to 30 mm. Always mill deeper grooves gradually in multiple passes and increase the depth in smaller increments.
- Smooth Three-Blade Cut — during rotation, three blades gradually engage in the cut, each removing smaller chips. The cut is therefore smoother than with cutters with fewer blades.
- Tungsten Carbide Edge — the abbreviation TCT denotes cutting edges made of tungsten carbide. This material is harder than tool steel and is commonly used for wood and chipboard cutters.
- 1/2 Inch Shank — the shank with a diameter of 12.7 mm fits into a collet of the same diameter. A 12 mm collet is not suitable for it, so please check your machine's equipment before purchasing.
- Total Length — the cutter measures 87 mm. The thick shank provides the tool with good rigidity even with a longer cutting part, and the depth of insertion should be chosen according to the machine's manual.
- Hand Routers and CNC Machines — the cutter can be used in a hand-held router, a milling table, a CNC milling machine, or an engraving machine, provided they have a collet for 1/2 inch.
- Thick Boards and Beams — the cutter is designed for wood and multilayer chipboard. The longer blades are useful for thicker boards and beams when making furniture, frames, and doors.

How do I return goods?
