Overview
Spray Gun for Cement Mortar and Plaster with Hopper and 4 Nozzles of 18 mm Diameter with Valve up to 120 PSI for Facades, Walls, and Ceilings

Applying mortar with a hand trowel is slow and the result depends on experience, while with this gun, the material is applied evenly across the surface using compressed air. Mortar is poured into the hopper and is sprayed through four openings of 18 mm diameter, creating a continuous texture without missed spots. The valve is rated for a pressure of 120 PSI and opens with a lever directly under the hand, allowing for flow interruption even in the middle of a stroke. Both the hopper and body are made of stainless steel, and the valve handle is made of galvanised copper. The connection is solved with a 1/2 inch internal thread complemented by a 1/4 inch air plug and a 3/8 inch NPT plug.

  • Four 18 mm Nozzles — wide coverage of application in one stroke and even texture on both facades and internal walls without unnecessary returns to the same spot.
  • Valve up to 120 PSI — withstands the pressure of standard workshop compressors and lever opening allows for smooth flow regulation according to the mixture's density.
  • Stainless Steel Hopper — does not corrode upon contact with wet mortar and smooth walls facilitate the emptying of leftovers and rinsing.
  • 1/2 inch Internal Thread — hose connection via the provided adapter with hose barb and sealing tape, allowing the user to assemble it independently.
  • 1/4 inch and NPT 3/8 inch Plugs — allow for sealing unused outlets and adapting the gun to a specific setup.
  • Tube Handle with Grip — rubberised grip and a second handle at the hopper distribute the load between both hands and facilitate aiming at ceilings.
  • Replaceable Nozzles — the package includes eight additional pieces, so worn parts can be replaced without sourcing a replacement.

Package Contents:

  • 1x spray gun with hopper
  • 1x adapter with hose barb
  • 1x coupling nut
  • 1x sealing tape
  • 4x nuts
  • 4x screws
  • 8x nozzles

The gun is used with a compressor and is suitable for coarse plasters for spraying facades, ceilings, and structured surfaces indoors. The consistency of the mortar determines the result; a thinner mixture creates a finer texture, while a thicker one leaves a more pronounced grain on the wall. It is advisable to spray a test area on the remainder of the board before starting work to fine-tune the pressure and distance. Pressure and distance from the wall determine the coarseness of the application, allowing one tool to achieve several different surfaces. Before a longer break and after finishing work, it is necessary to rinse the gun with water, as dried mortar will clog the nozzles. The stainless steel design with a rubberised handle withstands normal construction use, and after rinsing, the tool can be stored without further treatment.
