The one-metre channel drains the shower across its entire width, allowing water to flow directly beneath your feet without having to run across half the tiles to a small drain. Dimensions 100 x 6.8 x 5.6 cm are designed so that the entire structure can be hidden in the floor, leaving only the grate with longitudinal bars flush with the tiles on the surface. Both the body and the grate are made of stainless steel, which maintains its shape and appearance in the shower, is unaffected by constant moisture, and can withstand daily contact with soap. The drain outlet emerges from the centre of the channel and connects to the waste pipe running beneath the tiles, ensuring the floor slope directs towards a single point. The grate can be easily removed by hand to reveal the filter that catches hair and larger debris before it enters the waste pipe.
- Length 100 cm – the strip across the entire width of the corner can handle larger amounts of water, for example, from a rain shower head or a shower for two people.
- Dimensions in the floor – width 6.8 cm and height 5.6 cm determine how much space is needed between the tiles and the waste pipe running beneath the floor.
- Central Drain – the outlet with a diameter of 4.5 cm is positioned in the middle of the channel and connects to the pipe at the midpoint of its length, allowing the slope to divide equally to both sides.
- Grate without screws – the grate can be lifted by hand, rinsed under running water, and replaced, allowing the interior of the channel to be cleaned without disassembly or tools.
- Hair Filter – the circular insert above the outlet catches hair and small debris, preventing them from entering the waste, where they would gradually accumulate.
- Stainless Steel Surface – the smooth material can be wiped with a sponge or cloth and withstands common bathroom cleaning products without abrasives or scouring pads.
Package Contents:
- 1x shower channel with drain outlet
- 1x removable grate
The one-metre channel is suitable for spacious shower enclosures and bathrooms with a floor-level shower where a tray is not used at all. The grate, flush with the tiles, appears unobtrusive and allows the wall tiles to stand out, as it forms only a thin line in the floor without a prominent frame. Removing the grate and rinsing the filter is a matter of moments and keeps the drain free-flowing even after months of daily shower use. Before purchasing, it is advisable to check the width of the corner, the height of the floor structure, and the diameter of the waste pipe to ensure the channel with a 4.5 cm outlet can be connected without modifications. Installation should be planned alongside the floor sloping and the laying of tiles, as the grate must align with the surrounding surface and the joints around it must be sealed.
