The short grooving cutter with dimensions 6 x 20 mm is designed for milling straight grooves, half grooves, and cutouts in wood. It has three carbide (TCT) cutting edges, a cutting diameter of 6 mm, and a cutting length of 20 mm. The shorter working part is suitable for shallow and medium-depth grooves. The cutter is clamped with a shank diameter of 12.7 mm, which is 1/2 inch, into a router, CNC milling machine, or engraving machine. It is silver and has a black ring at the top of the shank.
- Grooves 6 mm — the cutter creates a groove 6 mm wide with a flat bottom and vertical walls. Such a groove is suitable for joints and recessing parts of corresponding thickness.
- Short Cutting Edges 20 mm — the working part measures 20 mm and allows milling to this depth. The short cutting part means less tool overhang, so the cutter holds steadily in the collet.
- Triple Flute Edge — three flutes alternate in engagement during rotation, each removing a smaller chip. This results in a smoother cut than cutters with fewer flutes.
- TCT Material — the abbreviation TCT refers to carbide cutting edges. This material is harder than tool steel and is commonly used for cutters for wood and chipboard.
- 1/2 Inch Shank — the shank has a diameter of 12.7 mm and fits into a collet of the same diameter. A 12 mm collet is not suitable for it, so please check your machine's equipment before purchasing.
- Dimensions — the total length of the cutter is 70 mm. The compact tool is easy to set up, and the depth of shank insertion should be chosen according to your machine's instructions.
- Routers and CNC Machines — the cutter can be used in a handheld router, on a milling table, in a CNC milling machine, or in an engraving machine if they have a collet for 1/2 inch.
- Shallow Grooves — the cutter is intended for wood and multi-layer chipboard. It is suitable for grooves in thinner boards, when making furniture, shelves, drawers, and other wooden parts.
- During Work — securely tighten the cutter in the collet, safely clamp the workpiece, and choose an appropriate feed rate. Mill deeper grooves gradually and always use protective eyewear.

How do I return goods?
