The set of engraving V-bits includes 10 pcs of three-flute pyramid cutters in five different tip angles: 20°, 30°, 45°, 60° and 90°. You will receive two pieces of each angle, so you have a tool for fine text, standard inscriptions, and bold wide lines at hand. All cutters have the same tip 0.1 mm and differ only in angle, which determines the width of the groove. They are made of solid carbide and are clamped into the collet of a CNC milling machine or engraving machine. The cutters have a silver finish and a shank of the same diameter.

  • Five angles in one set — angles 20°, 30°, 45°, 60° and 90° cover a range from very slender tips to wide right angles. You do not need to buy each angle separately, and you can choose the appropriate cutter based on the size of the motif.
  • Two pieces of each angle — the set includes 2 pieces of each angle. When one cutter wears out or is damaged, you have an identical replacement readily available.
  • Uniform tip 0.1 mm — all cutters end with a very narrow tip that creates a sharp bottom of the V-shaped groove. The lines have a clean profile regardless of the chosen angle.
  • Slender angles 20° and 30° — narrow tips create thin lines that are suitable for fine text, delicate details, and small motifs. The groove widens only gradually with depth.
  • Medium angle 45° — a versatile choice for medium-sized inscriptions, name tags, and labels. The line is well visible and does not unnecessarily widen.
  • Wide angles 60° and 90° — flared tips create pronounced grooves even at shallow cutting depths. They are suitable for large letters, outlines, and decorative ornaments.
  • Three-flute pyramid — the cutting part of each cutter is shaped like a triangular pyramid with three flutes that alternate during rotation and remove material smoothly.
  • Solid carbide — a hard material from which CNC engraving cutters are commonly made. It is harder than tool steel.
  • Easy comparison — with the set, you can test on a sample piece how the individual angles affect the appearance of the engraving and choose the most suitable one for further work.
  • Package contents — 2x V-bit 20° x 0.1 mm, 2x V-bit 30° x 0.1 mm, 2x V-bit 45° x 0.1 mm, 2x V-bit 60° x 0.1 mm, 2x V-bit 90° x 0.1 mm.

The set of engraving V-bits offers five tip angles in one package, always with two pieces each. Slender angles are used for fine text and details, the medium angle for standard inscriptions, and the wide angles for bold lines and large motifs. All cutters are made of solid carbide and have a three-flute pyramid cutting part with a tip of 0.1 mm. The set is practical for starting work with CNC engraving as well as for supplementing workshop equipment. It is useful for producing signs, name tags, labels, and decorative inscriptions.
