The set includes four round buffet warming containers, allowing you to cover the entire buffet counter at once. Each food container holds 4.6 L and is placed in a 6.5 L water bath, ensuring that the food is heated indirectly and does not burn to the bottom. The heat source is fuel in a separate holder beneath the basin, meaning the setup does not require electricity or an extension cord. The stainless steel construction stands on a frame with legs and the entire assembly measures 41 x 34 x 29 cm. Each piece includes a lid, handle, drip tray, and fuel holder, so nothing needs to be purchased separately.

- 6.5 L water bath — the water between the flame and the food distributes heat evenly, so the dish retains its consistency and does not stick to the edges of the container.

How do I return goods?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the items you are returning.
- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.
- Send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number – this lets us refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.

How does it work?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and a description of the problem, and attach photographs or a video.
- We will assess it and suggest a solution. Photographs are usually enough – please do not send the goods back until you have received instructions from us.
- We will settle your claim within 30 days at the latest – with a new item, a price reduction or a refund.
If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).

Write to us within 30 days of receipt at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the variant you are interested in. We usually reply within 24 hours.
If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
