The heating box prepares a warm lunch even where there is no microwave or free socket, as it is powered by a built-in battery system 4x 4000 mAh. Food is placed in a removable stainless steel container measuring 19 x 13.8 cm with a depth of 6 cm, which can be washed separately after use. Control is provided by a touch panel with a display, buttons for heating, keeping warm, and a timer, allowing you to set how long the food should be heated. The battery is recharged with the included cable and adapter, and the charge status is indicated by a light on the display. The entire box measures 20 x 15 x 12 cm and is available in white with grey details.

The box is suitable for work, school, travel, and anywhere there is no possibility to heat food in the usual way. Heating from the battery means that lunch is ready during the journey, and upon arrival, it is ready without waiting in line at the microwave. The stainless steel inner container does not absorb odours and can be washed without disassembling the entire box. The display shows the set temperature and battery status, making it clear when the box needs to be recharged. The white design with the thermal bag and cutlery creates a complete set, with which you only need to fill the container and set off.

How do I return goods?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the items you are returning.
- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.
- Send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number – this lets us refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.

How does it work?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and a description of the problem, and attach photographs or a video.
- We will assess it and suggest a solution. Photographs are usually enough – please do not send the goods back until you have received instructions from us.
- We will settle your claim within 30 days at the latest – with a new item, a price reduction or a refund.
If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).
ExchangesA different size, colour or variant
Write to us within 30 days of receipt at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the variant you are interested in. We usually reply within 24 hours.
If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
