Overview
Passion Fruit Seeds Passiflora mollissima 10 pcs Climbing Vine with Elongated Yellow Edible Fruits For Greenhouse and Support

Passiflora mollissima, also known as tarminiana, curuba or passion fruit, is a climbing vine cultivated for its delicious edible fruits. The elongated fruits resemble a small banana in shape, featuring a yellow skin and an orange aromatic pulp full of seeds, as clearly shown in the image of the cut fruit. The fruits are edible and have a refreshing tangy flavour, particularly popular in juices and drinks. The plant climbs using tendrils and easily covers supports. The pack contains 10 seeds, from which you can grow several plants. It is cultivated in a pot with support, in a greenhouse or conservatory.

Key features:

  • Elongated yellow edible fruits — the fruits resemble a small banana in shape, have a yellow skin and are edible, hiding an orange aromatic pulp full of seeds inside.
  • Aromatic tangy flavour — the orange pulp has a refreshing tangy flavour, particularly favoured in juices, drinks and desserts.
  • Curuba passion fruit — this species belongs to the Andean passion fruits of the curuba group, which you can grow from seed and harvest your own fruits.
  • Climbing vine — the plant climbs using tendrils and produces long climbing shoots, which are suitable for guiding along supports, trellises or pergolas.
  • Pot cultivation — the plant can be grown in a pot with support and, depending on space, placed in a greenhouse, conservatory or a sheltered outdoor location.
  • Useful and ornamental — besides its tasty fruits, the plant blooms with striking pink flowers, combining utility with ornamental value.
  • Pack of 10 seeds — the pack provides a sufficient supply for growing multiple plants at once or for repeated sowing or sharing with other growers.
  • Growing from seeds — you have complete control over the entire development of the plant from germination to fruit harvest and can observe every stage of growth and flowering.
  • Suitable for support — thanks to its tendrils, it easily covers a trellis, lattice or pergola, making it serve as a natural green screen in the greenhouse.

Contents of the package:

  • 1x pack of Passiflora mollissima seeds (10 pcs)
