Passion Flower Seeds Passiflora incarnata 10 pcs Hardy Climbing Vine with Edible Fruits and Purple Flowers For Support or Greenhouse
You already have the maximum available quantity in your cart.
Passiflora incarnata, the passion flower, is a popular climbing vine that growers appreciate for its striking purple flowers, edible fruits, and hardiness. After flowering, it produces elongated fruits that ripen from green to yellow, as clearly shown in the image of the ripening fruit. Ripe fruits are edible and have a sweet pulp. Unlike most passion flowers, this species is hardy and can survive outdoors in temperate climates, where it will re-sprout in spring. The pack contains 10 seeds, allowing you to grow several plants. It can be grown on a support in the garden, in a pot, or in a greenhouse.
Key features:
- Hardy vine — unlike most passion flowers, the passion flower can withstand frost and can survive outdoors in temperate climates, where it will re-sprout from the ground in spring.
- Edible fruits — elongated fruits ripen from green to yellow and are edible, having a sweet pulp.
- Purple flowers — the passion flower is renowned for its striking purple flowers with a complex crown, which are among the most beautiful of climbing plants.
- Climbing vine — the plant climbs using tendrils and produces long climbing shoots that are best guided along supports, trellises, or pergolas.
- Growing on support or in greenhouse — the plant can be grown outdoors on a support in the garden, in a pot, or in a greenhouse, where it has enough space to climb.
- Palmatifid leaves — the plant has characteristic palmatifid green leaves that enhance its distinctive appearance.
- Pack of 10 seeds — the pack provides a sufficient supply for growing multiple plants at once, as well as for repeated sowing or sharing with other growers.
- Growing from seeds — you have complete control over the plant's development from germination to flowering vine, allowing you to adapt it to your conditions.
- Suitable for support — thanks to its tendrils, it easily covers a trellis, lattice, or pergola, making it a natural green screen in the garden.
