Oval Countertop Basin 42 x 12.5 x 34 cm with a 25.5 cm High Lever Waterfall Tap in Matt Black with a Gold Edge
You already have the maximum available quantity in your cart.
The countertop basin in the shape of a shallow oval bowl sits on the bathroom countertop or cabinet and does not require recessing or modification of the furniture beneath it. The bowl measures 42 x 12.5 x 34 cm, making it suitable for narrower countertops, leaving space for a cup, soap dispenser, or towel beside it. Both the exterior and interior have a matt black finish, and the top edge is bordered with a narrow gold line that accentuates the overall shape. The basin is complemented by a tall freestanding tap with a flat waterfall spout, from which water flows in a wide band instead of the usual stream. Both the basin and tap are in the same black shade, creating a coordinated look that simplifies the selection of the rest of the bathroom fittings.
- Bowl dimensions – width 42 cm, depth 34 cm, and height 12.5 cm, ensuring the basin does not occupy the entire depth of a standard bathroom countertop, leaving a space for placing items in front of it.
- Tall tap – the freestanding tap has a height of 25.5 cm and an overhang of 11 cm, allowing water to fall into the centre of the bowl, leaving room beneath the spout for filling taller containers.
- Waterfall spout – the flat arm dispenses water in a wide band, with flow and temperature controlled by a single lever above the tap body, allowing adjustments to be made with one hand.
- Tap body – square shape with a base diameter of 5 cm takes up minimal space on the countertop, and the lever is positioned above the spout for easy access.
- Surface finish – matt black without gloss complemented by a gold rim around the edge fits well with black accessories, wooden countertops, and light tiles, without competing with other furnishings.
- Installation – the bowl is placed on a flat surface or cabinet, and the tap is installed separately beside it in a prepared hole, so there is no need to cut a large opening in the countertop as with recessed basins.
Package contents:
- 1x basin 42 x 12.5 x 34 cm
- 1x tap with waterfall spout
The oval countertop basin is suitable for bathrooms and standalone toilets, where the furniture should be as simple as possible and where the basin serves as the main element of the entire space. The shallower shape of the bowl makes it easier to wash hands and a child's hair, and the smooth interior quickly wipes clean after use, with no hard-to-reach corners remaining. The gold line along the top edge lightens the otherwise all-black design and adds a contrast that is echoed on the edge of the bowl. Before installation, it is advisable to check whether the countertop or cabinet can support the bowl filled with water and whether there is a prepared hole for the tap and waste. The tap is included in the package, so only the connection to the water supply and waste according to the bathroom needs to be addressed.
