The mini metal lathe is a bench machine for precise machining of smaller metal parts in a home workshop, garage, or small facility. It is powered by a brushless motor with a power of 800 W featuring variable speed control and a digital display. The swing over bed and the distance between centres correspond to the size of 180 x 400 mm, which is 7 x 16 inches. The lathe's construction is made of HT200 cast iron, and the spindle has a bore of 32 mm. The machine is in grey with an orange chuck cover.
- Brushless Motor 800 W — the motor without carbon brushes drives the spindle and is powered from the mains at 220 V, 50 Hz. Thanks to the brushless design, there is no need for carbon replacement.
- Variable Speed Control — spindle speeds can be adjusted smoothly in the range of 150–2500 rpm using a rotary knob. The current value is displayed on the digital screen.
- Working Range — the swing over bed is 180 mm and the distance between centres is 400 mm. The lathe can thus handle workpieces up to this size, such as shafts, pins, bushes, or rings.
- Chuck 100 mm — the machine is equipped with a chuck with a diameter of 100 mm, into which you can clamp the workpiece. Longer workpieces can be supported on the other side by a centre in the tailstock.
- Spindle and Tailstock — the spindle has a bore of 32 mm and a MT4 taper, while the tailstock has a MT2 taper. You can clamp a centre or additional accessories with this taper into the tailstock.
- Cast Iron Construction — the main parts of the lathe are made of HT200 cast iron, which is commonly used in lathes due to its weight and rigidity. This ensures the machine remains stable during machining.
- Safety Features — the lathe has a chuck cover and a prominent emergency stop button for quick machine shutdown.

How do I return goods?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the items you are returning.
- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.

If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).

Write to us within 30 days of receipt at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the variant you are interested in. We usually reply within 24 hours.
If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
