The lockable tool box is designed for transporting and storing hand and electric equipment where the contents must remain secured against unauthorised access. The internal volume of 83 L can hold a set of keys, pliers, cordless tools, extension cables, and longer tools that do not fit into a standard bag. The external dimensions of 99 x 33 x 25.4 cm correspond to an elongated format suitable for the bed of a lorry, the side of a trailer, or along the wall of a workshop. The casing is made of aluminium alloy with a checker plate pattern, which withstands wear and impacts from tools and does not deform during normal handling. The lid opens along its entire length, allowing visibility of the entire contents at once, and longer items can be inserted horizontally. Two keys are included with the lock, so one can remain in the vehicle and the other in the workshop.
- Locking – stainless steel locking mechanism keeps the lid secured and protects the contents during stops and when parked off-site. The lock is recessed into the front of the box, so it does not protrude and does not catch on other cargo in the bed.
- Load Capacity – maximum load of 39 kg allows for a complete set of hand tools as well as heavier items such as chargers and bit sets. The load is distributed across the entire length of the base, so the contents do not shift to one side while driving.
- Dimensions – 99 x 33 x 25.4 cm, making it suitable for a spirit level, saw, or mounting rods that are otherwise transported loose in the bed. The height of 25.4 cm allows for stacking tools in two rows on top of each other while still allowing the lid to close.
- Handles – side grips with rubber handles allow the box to be carried by two people and pulled out of the bed without tugging on the lid. The grips are riveted to the sides, ensuring they hold even when fully loaded.
- Surface – the checker plate pattern disguises minor scratches and the black finish does not highlight marks from everyday use. The surface can be wiped down with a damp cloth without special maintenance and does not require painting.
- Construction – the aluminium casing resists corrosion better than bare steel, making the box suitable for storage outdoors or on an open trailer throughout the season.

How do I return goods?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the items you are returning.
- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.
- Send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number – this lets us refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.

How does it work?

- We will assess it and suggest a solution. Photographs are usually enough – please do not send the goods back until you have received instructions from us.
- We will settle your claim within 30 days at the latest – with a new item, a price reduction or a refund.
If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).
ExchangesA different size, colour or variant
Write to us within 30 days of receipt at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the variant you are interested in. We usually reply within 24 hours.
If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
