- Storage — Store the ink bottles closed, upright and out of reach of children. Unused bottles should remain unopened until use.
- Bottles with cap — Each bottle has a transparent cap under which is the filling nozzle. After refilling the reservoir, carefully close the bottle again to prevent the ink from drying out or leaking.

How do I return goods?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the items you are returning.
- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.

If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).

If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
