Flexible Exhaust Coupling 57 x 63 x 76 mm Exhaust Pipe Bellows Durable Stainless Steel Silver Vibration Dampening Universal for Car
You already have the maximum available quantity in your cart.
The flexible exhaust coupling is a universal bellows that is inserted into the car's exhaust pipe and flexibly connects its individual parts. It is made of durable stainless steel in a silver finish and has a corrugated body that bends and compresses slightly during engine movement. The internal diameter of the coupling is 57 mm, the external diameter is 63 mm, and the total length is 76 mm. The flexible bellows helps to dampen engine vibrations that would otherwise be transmitted throughout the entire exhaust system. It is suitable for exhaust repairs or as a replacement for a damaged or cracked bellows.
- Dimensions — The internal diameter is 57 mm, the external diameter is 63 mm, and the total length is 76 mm. Both ends have the same diameter, allowing the coupling to connect two pipes of the same size.
- Stainless Steel — The body of the coupling is made from durable stainless steel that withstands high temperatures of exhaust gases as well as moisture and dirt from the road.
- Corrugated Bellows — The middle part consists of several waves, which makes the coupling flexible. The bellows can bend slightly, compress, and stretch to adapt to the movements of the exhaust.
- Vibration Dampening — The flexible coupling dampens engine vibrations and prevents their transmission to the rear part of the exhaust system. This reduces stress on the pipes, mounts, and silencers.
- Exhaust Protection — The flexible connection limits tension in the pipes caused by engine movement during driving. This reduces the risk of welds and exhaust pipes cracking.
- Smooth Ends — Both ends have smooth cylindrical extensions of the same diameter, which serve to connect to the exhaust pipe.
- Easy Replacement — A damaged or cracked bellows can be replaced with a new coupling without the need to change the entire exhaust part.
- Universal Use — The coupling is universal and suitable for passenger cars with exhaust pipes of the corresponding diameter. It can be used for both repairs and modifications of the exhaust system.
- Wear Resistance — The stainless steel bellows is resistant to wear and mechanical damage. The corrugated surface retains its shape and flexibility during normal operation.
- Before Purchase — Measure the diameter of the exhaust pipe at the location where you want to fit the coupling, and also check the free length into which the 76 mm long coupling will fit.
- Installation — Choose the connection method according to your exhaust system. We recommend having the installation carried out by a professional service and only on a cooled exhaust.
- Package Contents — 1x flexible exhaust coupling 57 x 63 x 76 mm
The flexible exhaust coupling made from stainless steel is a practical spare part for repairing a car's exhaust system. The dimensions 57 x 63 x 76 mm indicate the internal diameter, external diameter, and length of the coupling. The corrugated bellows flexibly connects the pipes and dampens engine vibrations. This reduces stress on welds, mounts, and silencers. The coupling is universal and suitable as a replacement for a damaged or cracked bellows.
