Engraving V-Bits with a tip angle and width of 45° x 0.1 mm are designed for fine engraving on CNC milling machines. The package contains 10 pcs of the same bits, so you have a supply for longer work and replacements when the tip wears out. The bits are three-flute, pyramid-shaped, and made of sintered carbide. They have a shank diameter of 3.175 mm and an overall length of 30 mm. The surface of the bits is silver.

  • Angle 45° — the tip angle of 45° creates a V-shaped groove that is narrow enough for detailed motifs while remaining legible. It is suitable for inscriptions, logos, and medium-sized ornaments.
  • Tip 0.1 mm — the very narrow area at the end of the tip allows for engraving thin lines and small letters. A shallow cut produces a fine, almost hairline line.
  • Three-Flute Pyramid Shape — the cutting part has three flutes arranged in a pyramid, which alternate during rotation in the cut. This shape is typical for engraving bits used for fine lines and small motifs.
  • Sintered Carbide — the material commonly used for CNC bits is hard and wear-resistant. Therefore, carbide is very commonly used for engraving bits.
