Cement and concrete floors must be free of unevenness and remnants of the old layer before final treatment, which requires a machine with sufficient power reserve. The motor with power consumption of 5580 W drives the head at a speed of 4800 RPM, allowing for a smooth material removal without the machine stopping even on hard substrates. The six-speed gearbox allows you to choose the grip depending on whether you are coarsely grinding a concrete slab or finishing a smooth polished surface. A brush rim surrounds the working head, keeping dust on the floor and directing it to the extraction port on the side of the body. Control is maintained with two handles, an upper grip and a front auxiliary handle, allowing the machine to be guided with both hands.

The machine is used during renovations to level concrete floors, remove adhesive remnants from tiling, and prepare the substrate before applying a new layer. It is operated in overlapping paths at a consistent speed, as stopping in one place will leave a depression in the substrate. It is advisable to first remove coarse debris to prevent stones from getting under the head, which could scratch the surface. Choosing a lower gear is suitable for polishing and softer surfaces, while a higher gear is used for coarse removal of hard concrete. Before starting, it is advisable to check the disc attachment and connect the extraction, as concrete dust burdens both the operator and the machine itself. Red finish with brush rim is easy to wipe clean from residues, and the grinder can be stored after use without disassembly.
