The electric exhaust valve with a double flap allows you to change the sound of the exhaust directly from the car using a wireless remote control. The Y-shaped pipe is designed for exhaust systems with a diameter of 3" (78 mm) and is inserted into the existing exhaust. The body is made of stainless steel 304 and the joints are welded using the TIG method. The double flap operates such that one branch remains open while the other is closed. The flaps are controlled by an electric motor powered from the 12V socket in the car.
- Double Valve — The pipe features two flaps that work against each other. One branch is always open and the other is closed, allowing exhaust gases to flow either through the silencer or directly out.
- Wireless Remote Control — The two-button key fob switches the valve between fully open and fully closed positions. The remote does not set intermediate positions.
- Dimensions for 3" — The connection diameter is 78 mm, the total height of the pipe is 290 mm, the length of the side branch is 166.5 mm, and the total width is 245 mm.
- Stainless Steel 304 — The pipes are made of stainless steel 304, which is characterised by good formability and durability. The joints are welded using the TIG method with a thin and clean weld.
- Electric Motor — The motor operates at a voltage of 12 to 16 V. It can be disassembled by loosening three screws and reattached with a seal.
- Power Supply — The wiring ends with a connector for the 12V cigarette lighter socket, and the control unit connects to the motor with the provided cable.
- Operating Temperature — The valve is designed for an operating temperature of 0 to 150 °C. It is not recommended to operate it in heavy rain or extreme frost.
- Installation Location — The valve can be placed before the central silencer for a more pronounced and deeper sound, or after it for a milder sound.
- Installation Warning — The valve pipe is waterproof, but the motor is not. Route the wiring away from heat sources. Before purchasing, verify the diameter of the exhaust and sufficient space under the car.
- Battery for Remote — The remote uses a 27A 12 V battery, which is not included in the package.

How do I return goods?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the items you are returning.
- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.
