The cotton scarf for dogs is a decorative accessory that gives your dog a distinctive look on walks and at home. The scarf has a rounded shape and forms a knot with two rounded points at the front. The fabric is decorated with a white ornamental pattern with spirals on a coloured background. At the back, the scarf is fastened with a small buckle, making it easy to put on and take off your dog. Choose the size according to your dog's neck circumference.
- Material — the scarf is made from printed cotton fabric. The fabric forms a rounded roll that wraps around the dog's neck and twists into a knot with two points at the front.
- Fastening — at the back of the scarf, there is a small buckle. This allows you to easily place the scarf around your dog's neck and fasten it without complicated tying. Just as easily, you can take it off after a walk.
- Wearing — the scarf is worn around the neck similar to a collar. You can position the knot with two points either at the front or slightly to the side, depending on your preference.
- Size — size M is intended for a neck circumference of 35 to 40 cm, and size L for a neck circumference of 40 to 45 cm. Before choosing, measure your dog's neck circumference with a tailor's tape where the scarf will be worn.
- Appearance — the white spirals on the coloured background create a striking pattern that stands out well on the fur. The scarf with a knot at the front gives your dog a playful look on walks, during photoshoots, and when visiting.

How do I return goods?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the items you are returning.
- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.
- Send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number – this lets us refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.

- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and a description of the problem, and attach photographs or a video.
- We will assess it and suggest a solution. Photographs are usually enough – please do not send the goods back until you have received instructions from us.
- We will settle your claim within 30 days at the latest – with a new item, a price reduction or a refund.
If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).

Write to us within 30 days of receipt at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the variant you are interested in. We usually reply within 24 hours.
If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
