Metal surfaces are polished at a different speed than welds are ground down, which is why this cordless grinder features four speed settings. The lower setting is used for polishing and when working with pastes, while the higher setting is used for removing rust, old paint, or excess material after welding. The machine is powered by a brushless motor, which has no carbon brushes, eliminating friction between the brushes and the commutator, sparking inside the motor, and thus a higher operating temperature. The grinder is designed for discs with a diameter of 125 mm, which is the most common size for grinding and polishing discs. The body is yellow and black with a rubberised rear section and a switch on the top, allowing the machine to be operated with one hand. The battery is not included, so the machine connects to a battery pack that you already have at home.

  • 4-Stage Speed Control — the speed is selected according to the type of work and the set value remains constant even under load, ensuring a uniform surface finish.
  • Brushless Motor — without carbon brushes, internal friction and sparking are eliminated, and the motor maintains a lower operating temperature.

The grinder is suitable for use in locksmith workshops, car repairs, and for home repairs of metal structures and fences. It can handle surface preparation before painting as well as finishing polishing of stainless steel or aluminium. When polishing, it is recommended to work at a lower speed and allow the disc to do the work, as excessive pressure can overheat paint and thin sheet metal, leaving marks. Choosing the correct speed setting prolongs the life of the disc while reducing energy consumption from the battery. Before fitting a new disc, it is advisable to check its condition and the maximum permitted speed indicated on the label. The absence of carbon brushes in the motor also means less maintenance, as there are no parts that need regular inspection and replacement. The yellow and black design is highly visible on the worksite, ensuring the grinder does not get lost among other tools.
