CNC engraving tips with a sharp angle of 20° and a tip of 0.2 mm combine a slim shape with a slightly sturdier tip. They are suitable for detailed engravings, small lettering, and fine outlines where you want to reduce the risk of breaking the tip. The package contains 10 pcs of identical carbide bits with three flutes in a pyramid shape. The bits have a shank of 3.175 mm for CNC milling machines and engraving machines. The surface of all bits is silver and metallic shiny.

  • Slim angle 20° — the narrow tip creates grooves with a small width, even at greater cutting depths. The edges remain steep, and the motif appears delicate and clean.
  • Tip 0.2 mm — a slightly wider end than the finest tips gives the tip strength. The line is still thin, but the bit better withstands small material irregularities.
  • Longer shape — the bit measures a total of 33 mm. The slim cutting part smoothly transitions into the shank, corresponding to the sharp angle of the tip. When clamping, allow only the necessary part of the bit to protrude from the collet.
  • Three cutting flutes — the flutes are arranged in a pyramid and alternate in engagement during rotation. The material being removed exits evenly from all three sides of the tip.
  • Material — carbide is a hard material commonly used to make CNC bits and engraving tips. It is significantly harder than tool steel, making it suitable for tools with a very fine tip.
  • Shank 1/8 inch — the shank diameter of 3.175 mm corresponds to collets for 1/8 inch. A collet for a 3 mm bit may not grip securely, so please verify the collet diameter before ordering.
  • Detailed engraving — the bit is suitable for small inscriptions, fine ornaments, thin outlines, and details on nameplates, labels, and gift items. It is also useful for making stamps and small decorations.
  • Fewer broken tips — if your bits with a tip of 0.1 mm break too often, the tip of 0.2 mm at the same angle is a good alternative.
  • Pack of ten — the package contains ten identical bits. After wear or damage to one bit, you can simply replace it with another and continue with the same project.
  • Package contents — 10x engraving V-bit 20° x 0.2 mm.

The 20° x 0.2 mm engraving tips are suitable for detailed work on a CNC milling machine, where you need a slim tip and a sturdier end.
