Chimney Cleaning Set 8 Rods Total Length 8 m Nylon Rods with Brush 45 cm White Set for Electric Drill for Chimneys and Flues
You already have the maximum available quantity in your cart.
The chimney cleaning set allows you to remove soot and creosote deposits from the flue and chimney duct without the need to climb onto the roof or use a ladder. Eight nylon rods, each 100 cm long, connect to a total length of 8 m, which covers even tall chimneys on multi-storey houses. The brush head attaches to an electric drill, whose rotations mechanically dislodge deposits from the chimney walls faster than manual sweeping. Reinforced nylon bends up to a 90-degree angle, allowing the rods to pass through even angled sections of the flue without breaking. The chimney sweeping set is suitable for metal flues as well as brick chimneys of various shapes and cross-sections.
- Number of rods — 8 pieces, each 100 cm long.
- Total length — 8 m when all rods are assembled, with the option to use only part depending on the height of the chimney.
- Material — nylon, flexible and break-resistant even with repeated bending.
- Brush head — diameter 45 cm with flexible bristles that adapt to the shape of the duct.
- Brush length — 30 mm.
- Cleaning diameter of the rod — 30.5 to 61 cm.
- Connection to drill — the included adapter allows the assembly to be fitted into the chuck of a standard electric drill.
- Rod connection — locking mechanism with a button that keeps the rods securely connected even during rotation and can be disconnected with the included key.
- Key size — 17 mm.
- White finish of the rods combined with orange bristles of the brush.
Contents of the package:
- 8x Nylon rod 100 cm
- 1x Brush head 45 cm
- 1x Adapter for electric drill
- 1x Key
The eight-metre version is intended for taller chimneys where a six-metre reach is insufficient — typically for multi-storey houses and longer vertical ducts. Cleaning from the bottom up is safer than working on the roof and can be done by one person without assistance. Before use, check that all connections are properly secured, and proceed slowly to avoid the rods getting stuck in the chimney. After finishing work, disconnect the rods, wipe them down, and store them in a dry place — this will extend their lifespan. When working, use protective gloves and goggles and set the drill to lower speeds to avoid damaging the flue.
