It is advisable to fully charge the motorcycle before the first ride and check the tightness of the training wheels and handlebars. Charging takes 6 to 9 hours, so it is worth doing it in the evening to have the motorcycle ready in the morning. Riding should be done on a flat and clear surface without slopes and traffic, such as in a garden, playground, or quiet road. For younger children, adult supervision is recommended to assist with starting and to monitor the surroundings, especially near steps and curbs. After riding, simply wipe the motorcycle with a damp cloth and store it in a dry place, as rain or frost are not beneficial. The stand should be used whenever parking to prevent the motorcycle from leaning against a wall or furniture. How do I return goods?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the items you are returning.
- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.

If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).

If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
