The carbide grooving cutter with dimensions 6 x 22 mm is designed for milling straight grooves, rebates, and cut-outs in wood. It features three flutes made of carbide (TCT) and a shorter cutting part, suitable for commonly deep grooves. The shank diameter of 12.7 mm, or 1/2 inch, fits into a router, CNC milling machine, or engraving machine. The cutter is intended for wood and multi-layer chipboard. The shank is silver, the part near the flutes is white, and there is a black ring on the shank.
- Cutting Width 6 mm — the cutter creates a groove 6 mm wide with a flat bottom and vertical walls. It is suitable for joints, recessing boards, and precise cut-outs.
- Shorter Cutting Part — the length of the flutes is 22 mm. A shorter cutting part means less tool overhang, allowing the cutter to hold more stably in the collet than cutters with long flutes.
- Three-Flute Geometry — the three flutes alternate in engagement during rotation, each removing a smaller portion of material. This results in a smooth cut and a flat bottom to the groove.
- Carbide on Cutting Edges — the flutes are made from carbide known by the abbreviation TCT. This material is harder than tool steel and is commonly used for machining wood and boards.
- 1/2 Inch Shank — the shank diameter is 12.7 mm. The cutter fits into a 12.7 mm collet; a 12 mm collet is not suitable for it.
- Compact Length — the total length of the cutter is 71 mm. The short tool is easy to adjust and is suitable for smaller routers, provided they have a 12.7 mm collet.
- Universal Clamping — the cutter can be used in a handheld router, on a milling table, in a CNC milling machine, or in an engraving machine with a collet for 1/2 inch.
- Grooves for Joints — with a width of 6 mm and a cutting depth of up to 22 mm, it is suitable for grooves in wood and boards when making cabinets, shelves, frames, and other furniture.
- Caring for the Cutter — after use, clean the cutter of sawdust and resin and store it so that the flutes do not touch other tools. When milling, use safety glasses and appropriate feed rates.

How do I return goods?
