Overview
Bamboo Blind 95 x 110 cm Window Shade for Balcony and Terrace Bamboo Slats in a Continuous Strip Cord Rolling Natural Brown Shade

The blind measuring 95 x 110 cm can shade a wide window including the frame, with the bottom edge extending below the sill. The bamboo slats form a continuous strip thanks to the sturdy cords that run across the entire width and maintain equal spacing between the individual stalks. Sharp rays are diffused between the slats, allowing soft light to enter, in which one can read, work, or relax. Air flows through the gaps, so heat does not accumulate at the window, and the space can be ventilated even with the shade down. The cord rolling raises the strip to the top edge or lowers it back, with the ability to stop the shade at any height. The natural brown shade with the pattern of the stalks adds a warm and natural appearance to the window and covered seating area.

  • Dimension 95 x 110 cm — the area covers a wide window sash and frame, with the bottom edge extending below the sill.
  • Bamboo slats in a continuous strip — the interlinked slats maintain a flat plane, do not twist, and when rolled up, fold into a regular coil at the top edge.
  • Cord rolling — the shade can be raised or lowered by pulling and will stay at the height required by the position of the sun above the horizon.
  • Breathable gaps — air continues to flow between the slats, allowing the blind to shade without completely closing off the entire window area.
  • Soft light — direct sunlight is diffused, leaving a soft brightness in the room without glare, reflections, or harsh shadows.
  • Natural brown shade — the pattern of the stalks and warm colour complement wooden sills, rattan, wicker, textiles, and greenery outside the window.

Package contents:

  • 1x bamboo blind 95 x 110 cm

The blind is suitable for kitchens, dining rooms, bedrooms, and covered balconies, where the shading is intended to cover the window and a piece of wall beneath it. The cord is pulled straight and smoothly to ensure the slats roll up evenly and the bottom edge of the strip remains horizontal. Bamboo does not thrive in constant moisture or standing in the rain, so the blind should be rolled up and stored in a dry and ventilated room during winter. Maintenance is dry, requiring only a soft brush or cloth run along the slats and cords, without wetting or chemicals. The shade of the stalks naturally varies and deepens over time due to sun exposure, which is characteristic of bamboo and not a defect. The rolled-up blind takes up little space and can be easily stored in a cupboard or on a shelf in the cellar during the off-season.
