Bamboo Blind 60 x 200 cm Sun Protection Screen for Balcony and Terrace Window Straight Slat Control with Cord Brown Natural Bamboo
You already have the maximum available quantity in your cart.
The blind with dimensions of 60 x 200 cm can shade large windows, glazed doors, and high areas on balconies, loggias, or under pergolas. The straight slat consists of thin bamboo slats interconnected by strong cords, which keep them at regular intervals across the entire width. Harsh light is diffused by the slats, allowing only soft brightness to enter, making it possible to work, read, or relax behind the window without glare. Air flows through the gaps between the slats, preventing heat from accumulating under the screen and keeping the space ventilated even on sunny days. The position of the screen is adjusted by the cord on the side, allowing the slat to roll up into a scroll or drop back down to full height. Brown natural bamboo with the pattern of the stems adds a natural look to the window and outdoor seating area.
- Dimension 60 x 200 cm — the two-metre height covers glazing down to the floor, and the width covers the entire window frame including the surrounding frame.
- Straight slat — interconnected bamboo slats keep the area flat and fold into a regular scroll at the top edge when rolled.
- Control with cord — the screen is raised or lowered by pulling the cord and remains in the position that suits the sunlight.
- Passage gaps — air flows between the slats even when the screen is fully lowered, preventing the space behind the window from overheating.
- Diffused light — direct rays are refracted by the bamboo, allowing soft light to enter the room without harsh shadows and reflections.
- Brown natural bamboo — the warm shade and pattern of the stems complement wood, stone, wicker, and greenery around the window or on the terrace.
Package contents:
- 1x bamboo blind 60 x 200 cm
The high screen is suitable for glazed walls, patio doors, and in attics where the sun shines in for a large part of the day. It is advisable to pull the cord smoothly and straight to ensure the slats roll evenly and the bottom edge of the entire strip remains horizontal. Bamboo is harmed by constant moisture and standing in rain, so the blind should be rolled up and stored in a dry, ventilated room during winter. Maintenance is done dry, simply using a soft brush or cloth along the slats, without water, soaking, or detergents. The colour of individual stems naturally varies and over time, the effects of sunlight enhance it, which is part of bamboo's character and is not a defect. The rolled-up screen takes up only a small amount of space, making it easy to store out of season.
