The quick lock mechanism saves time every time you get on. You can insert the phone into the holder in one motion, and the jaws will automatically tighten around its sides. When you need to remove the phone, you release the lock and take out the phone again with one hand. The double mechanical locking keeps the phone secure even when riding on uneven surfaces, on cobblestones or over speed bumps. The back of the holder is equipped with a shock-absorbing pad, which limits the transfer of vibrations and also prevents the phone from slipping. The side jaws adjust to the width of the phone, so you can use the holder even after changing to a different model within the specified diagonal range. The bottom supports hold the phone from below and help keep it in the correct position.
The ball joint allows you to smoothly change the angle of the phone, so you can tilt the display to avoid sunlight and ensure it is easily readable. You can rotate the phone vertically for navigation or horizontally for a wider view of the map. Once set, the phone remains in the desired position and you do not need to adjust it while riding. How do I return goods?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the items you are returning.
- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.
- Send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number – this lets us refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.

How does it work?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and a description of the problem, and attach photographs or a video.
- We will assess it and suggest a solution. Photographs are usually enough – please do not send the goods back until you have received instructions from us.
- We will settle your claim within 30 days at the latest – with a new item, a price reduction or a refund.
If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).
ExchangesA different size, colour or variant
Write to us within 30 days of receipt at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the variant you are interested in. We usually reply within 24 hours.
If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
