The Montessori busy board with LED lights is a sensory board full of switches and lights that allows the child to explore how ordinary household switches work. Each switch, button, and plug lights up a different coloured light, so the child can immediately see the result of their actions. The board features a sliding switch, a round red rocker switch, a square green rocker switch, a toggle switch, a blue button, a rotating knob, a lock with a key as the main switch, and a plug on a blue cable that they can connect to a socket. The large white bulb and the circle of small diodes around the knob give the play an effect of a real control panel. The board measures 19.7 x 9.7 x 3 cm, making it comfortable to hold and easy to fit into a bag for outings.

Children are fascinated by the switches for lights, sockets, and keys that they see around them every day, but real appliances are not meant for their hands. The busy board offers them a safe alternative where they can practice clicking, turning, pressing, and plugging in as many times as they want. While playing, they naturally exercise fine motor skills of the fingers and hand-eye coordination, learn to distinguish colours, and understand the relationship between cause and effect. The lit light is an immediate reward that motivates further exploration and keeps the child's attention for a long time. The engraved diagrams with bulbs and notes connect the individual elements and encourage curiosity and imagination, allowing the child to play at being an electrician, pilot, or driver. The busy board is a popular tool in Montessori education as it allows the child to explore at their own pace and without adult assistance.
Thanks to its compact dimensions, the board is a practical screen-free travel toy that entertains the child in the car, on the train, or in a waiting room. The wood is smoothly sanded and pleasant to the touch, and the batteries are safely hidden under a screwed cover. We recommend using it under the supervision of an adult. The busy board with LED lights is a popular gift for children from 3 years for birthdays, Christmas, or just for fun. The Montessori board combines play with learning and supports the child's independence. It will be appreciated by parents, grandparents, as well as nurseries and play areas looking for a meaningful active toy.
