The Q10 GPS tracker is designed for tracking the location of cars, motorcycles, vans, or other vehicles via a mobile app and web platform. The tracker operates on a 4G network with 2G support and determines location using a combination of GPS, BDS, LBS, and WiFi. Thanks to the strong built-in magnet, it can be placed in the vehicle without installation, drilling, or wiring. You will receive alerts directly to your phone in case of vehicle shocks, leaving a set zone, low battery status, or speeding.
- 4G and 2G Network — The tracker communicates via the 4G mobile network with 2G support. SIM card not included, a personal SIM card is required for operation.
- Precise Location Determination — Location is determined using satellite systems GPS and BDS (Beidou), supplemented by mobile network (LBS) and WiFi.
- Real-Time Tracking — View current location, speed, daily mileage, and last communication time in the QX GPS app or on the web platform, both free of charge. Multiple map backgrounds and a 3D street view are available.
- Trip History — In the app, you can replay the vehicle's route for a selected day, including stops and adjustable playback speed.
- Multiple Alarm Types — Vibration alarm, geofence alarm, low battery alert, and speed violation alarm. Alerts are displayed in the app and as push notifications on the phone.
- Geofence — Set a circular zone, polygon, or administrative area. You will receive immediate alerts upon entering or exiting the zone.

How do I return goods?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the items you are returning.
- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.
- Send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number – this lets us refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.

How does it work?

- We will assess it and suggest a solution. Photographs are usually enough – please do not send the goods back until you have received instructions from us.
- We will settle your claim within 30 days at the latest – with a new item, a price reduction or a refund.
If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).

If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
