Luffa Cylindrica Seeds 10 pcs Cylindrical Green Fruits for Natural Sponge Climbing Plant for Arches Supports and Greenhouses
You already have the maximum available quantity in your cart.
Luffa cylindrica is a climbing plant, primarily known as a source of natural washing sponge, popular in bathrooms worldwide. The plant bears cylindrical green fruits that gradually dry out and change colour to beige tones. It is from these ripe dried fruits that the fibrous material is obtained, which is used as a natural sponge for both bathrooms and households. The plant grows on a support, which it quickly covers, creating a green wall adorned with hanging fruits. The package contains 10 seeds, allowing you to grow several plants at once and select the strongest ones.
Key features:
- Cylindrical fruits — elongated fruits of regular shape hang from the plant in large quantities and are one of the main attractions of this species, as can be seen on abundantly fruiting plants.
- Natural washing sponge — from ripe and dried fruits, flexible fibrous material is obtained, serving as an ecological alternative to conventional washing sponges.
- Gradual ripening — the fruits on the plant gradually change colour from green to beige, making it easy to tell when they are ready for harvest to produce sponges without the need for complicated examination.
- Climbing growth — the plant climbs up supports and can cover pergolas, fences, or trellises, creating a dense green cover and an interesting shading element.
- Growing on a support — the plant only needs a firm support to find its way upwards.
- Pack of 10 seeds — a larger number of seeds increases the chance of successfully growing several plants and allows for repeated sowing at different times.
- Growing from seeds — you can observe the entire development of the plant from germination to fruit harvest and have the whole process under control from start to finish.
- Practical and ornamental plant — luffa combines an interesting appearance with practical use, delighting both gardeners and lovers of natural products.
Contents of the package:

The luffa cylindrica seeds are an intriguing choice for anyone wanting to grow their own natural washing sponges. The climbing plant will adorn a pergola or fence, and its cylindrical fruits will become a highlight of the garden and a topic of conversation with visitors. The package contains 10 seeds, providing ample material for growing multiple plants and for repeated sowing. Homegrown luffa is also an ecological alternative to purchased washing sponges, appreciated by anyone who prefers natural materials.
