V-Engraving Cutters 30° x 0.2 mm Pack of 10 Solid Carbide Shank 3.175 mm Length 32 mm Silver For CNC Milling Machines and Equipment

V-Engraving cutters with a 30° angle and a tip of 0.2 mm are designed for CNC milling machines and engraving machines. Compared to the finest cutters, they have a slightly wider tip, creating more pronounced lines and making the tip less prone to breaking. The pack contains 10 pieces of solid carbide cutters with three flutes arranged in a pyramid configuration. The cutters have a shank of 3.175 mm, which is 1/8 inch. The surface of all cutters is silver.

  • Tip 0.2 mm — the area at the end of the tip is wide by two tenths of a millimetre. Therefore, the line is somewhat more pronounced and better visible, yet still fine. It is suitable for text that needs to be clearly readable even from a distance.
  • Angle 30° — the sharp angle of the tip keeps the groove narrow even during deeper cuts. The edges of the groove remain steep and sharp. The 30° angle is suitable for fine and medium-sized text and outlines.
  • Sturdier Tip — a wider tip means more material at the very end of the cutter. Thus, the tip withstands normal loads during engraving better. This variant is suitable if finer tips break too often for you.
  • Length 32 mm — the cutter has an overall length of 32 mm. Most of the length consists of the shank, which is clamped into the machine's collet. The cutting part is short and designed for engraving at a shallow depth.
  • Three-Flute Pyramid Geometry — three flutes are arranged around the tip in a pyramid shape and alternate in the cut as they rotate.
  • Solid Carbide — a hard material from which engraving cutters for CNC are commonly made. It is significantly harder than tool steel.
  • Compatibility — the 3.175 mm shank fits into the collets of CNC milling machines and engraving machines for a diameter of 1/8 inch. Do not confuse it with a 3 mm collet, which may not securely grip the cutter.
  • Uses — engraving inscriptions on plaques, name tags, labels and promotional items, creating decorative patterns or marking technical parts.
  • Pack of Ten — a supply of ten identical cutters will cover longer orders and repeated production. When one cutter wears out, you can simply replace it with another and continue the same work.
  • Contents of the Package — 10x engraving V-cutter 30° x 0.2 mm.

The wider tip is sturdier than the 0.1 mm variant and better withstands normal loads during work.
