The sandblasting set for pressure washers is designed for abrasive cleaning of surfaces using water and loose media. It is intended for professional pressure washers Nilfisk-Kew and connects to the high-pressure gun or nozzle. The sandblasting nozzle with ceramic cone and brass orifice #035 draws the media through a transparent suction hose directly from the container. Dry silica sand, baking soda, or washed and dried river sand can be used as abrasives. The set is suitable for removing rust, old paint, and stubborn dirt from metal and concrete surfaces.
- Compatibility — The connection end is designed for professional Nilfisk-Kew pressure washers. The diameters of the end are 14 mm and 12 mm, with individual part lengths of 27 mm and 12 mm.
- Ceramic Cone — The inner cone of the nozzle is made of ceramic, which withstands wear from abrasive media during prolonged sandblasting.
- Brass Nozzle #035 — The brass orifice of the nozzle creates a pressure stream that draws the media sucked by the hose and directs it onto the cleaned surface. Upon pulling the trigger, water begins to flow from the nozzle along with the sand.
- Nozzle Housing — The black housing is made of polypropylene reinforced with glass fibre, protecting the internal components of the nozzle.
- Stainless Steel Tube — The extension tube made of stainless steel is 46 cm long and helps maintain a safe distance from the cleaned surface. One end has a connector for attachment to the gun, while the other end has the sandblasting nozzle.
- Suction Hose and Probe — The transparent siphon hose is 3 m long and ends with a black suction probe, which can simply be inserted directly into the container with the media.
- Technical Specifications — Maximum pressure 180 bar / 2600 psi, maximum flow 10.5 l/min / 2.8 gpm, and maximum water temperature 60 °C.
- Suitable Media — Dry silica sand, baking soda, or washed and dried river sand. The media must always be dry; otherwise, the probe will not function, and suction will be interrupted.
- How to Use the Set — Connect the nozzle to the pressure gun, insert the probe into the dry media, and turn on the washer. The suction opening of the nozzle must be directed upwards above the nozzle during operation; otherwise, water will enter the hose, and the wet sand will stop being sucked.

The sandblasting set expands the functionality of the Nilfisk-Kew pressure washer to include abrasive cleaning without a separate sandblasting device. The media is drawn directly from a bucket or bag using the 3 m long suction hose, so the container does not need to be moved. For proper operation, it is important to use dry media, as wet sand will not be sucked into the hose. After sandblasting, it is advisable to dry cleaned metal items as soon as possible to prevent rusting again. The set is suitable for maintaining metal parts, barrels, and structures, as well as for cleaning concrete surfaces.
