The sandblasting set transforms a pressure washer into a tool for abrasive cleaning of surfaces using sand or baking soda. It is designed for Nilfisk and Stihl pressure washers and is also suitable for Gerni washers. The sandblasting nozzle with a ceramic cone is mounted at the end of a 46 cm stainless steel extension and works with a brass nozzle sized #035. The abrasive medium is drawn in through a transparent suction hose directly from a bucket, and the water flow carries it along to the surface being cleaned. The set is suitable for removing rust, old paint, and stubborn dirt from metal parts, floors, and masonry.
- Compatibility — The brass adapter at the end of the extension is designed for Nilfisk and Stihl pressure washers as well as for Gerni. The dimensions of the adapter are 24.5 mm at its widest point, a nozzle diameter of 14 mm, a nozzle length of 20 mm, and a lock height of 8 mm, so you can easily verify if it fits your gun.
- Ceramic Nozzle — The cone of the nozzle is made from ceramic, which withstands abrasive wear better. The body of the sandblasting head is made from PP plastic with added glass fibres and connects to the extension via the brass nozzle #035.
- Stainless Steel Extension — The stainless steel tube is 46 cm long and allows you to keep the nozzle at a safe distance from your body while working.
- Technical Specifications — The maximum working pressure is 180 bar (2600 psi), maximum flow rate is 10.5 l/min (2.8 gpm), and maximum water temperature is 60 °C.
- Suction Hose with Probe — The transparent siphon hose is 3 m long and ends with a black suction probe with a tapered tip, which simply needs to be inserted into the medium.
- Suitable Media — You can use dry silica sand, baking soda, or washed and dried river sand. The medium must be completely dry; otherwise, the probe will not draw it in.
- Proper Use — While working, hold the suction opening above the nozzle. If it is below, water will flow back into the hose, the sand will become damp, and it will stop being drawn in. Dry the cleaned item as soon as possible to prevent it from rusting again.

How do I return goods?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the items you are returning.
- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.

If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).
