The sandblasting set for the pressure washer is designed for abrasive cleaning using a high-pressure cleaner. It is intended for Kärcher HD pressure washers with EasyForce gun, which connects in place of the standard nozzle. The abrasive used is dry silica sand, baking soda, or washed and dried river sand, which is drawn from a bucket through the suction probe and transparent hose. The stream of water mixed with sand removes rust, old paint, and stubborn dirt from metal parts, concrete surfaces, and other solid surfaces. The set is suitable for renovations, maintenance of equipment, and cleaning heavily soiled areas.
- Compatibility — The set is designed for Kärcher HD high-pressure cleaners with an EasyForce gun. The sandblasting pipe connects directly to the trigger gun of the washer and can easily be swapped back for the standard nozzle after use.
- Ceramic Cone Nozzle — The outlet nozzle features a wear-resistant ceramic cone, which is subjected to the greatest stress from the abrasive. The brass nozzle has an opening size of #035.
- Sturdy Nozzle Body — The black nozzle housing is made of glass-fibre reinforced polypropylene. On its side is the suction inlet, to which the hose with the abrasive connects.
- Stainless Steel Pipe 46 cm — The 46 cm long stainless steel extension pipe allows you to work at a distance from the surface being cleaned and comfortably reach lower areas.
- Suction Probe and Hose 3 m — The transparent siphon hose, 3 m in length, carries the abrasive from the suction probe to the nozzle. The probe is inserted directly into the container with sand, and the flow of the abrasive is clearly visible through the transparent hose.
- Technical Specifications — Maximum pressure 180 bar (2600 psi), maximum flow 10.5 l/min (2.8 gpm) and maximum water temperature 60 °C.
- Suitable Abrasives — Dry silica sand, baking soda, or washed and dried river sand. Wet abrasives cannot be drawn in, so always use dry material.
- Proper Use — During operation, the suction inlet of the nozzle must be turned upwards. If it is positioned below the nozzle, water will flow into the hose, dampening the sand and causing it to stop being drawn in. Cleaned items should be dried as soon as possible to prevent rusting again.
