The sandblasting kit for pressure washers expands the capabilities of the high-pressure cleaner to include abrasive cleaning with water and sand. It is designed for Kärcher HD and HDS high-pressure cleaners with older guns with M22 thread, which connect with a coupling nut with an internal thread. Water from the washer flows through the brass nozzle #035, and in the sandblasting head with a wear-resistant ceramic cone, it draws in the abrasive through a transparent hose. Dry silica sand, baking soda, or washed and dried river sand can be used as the medium. The sandblasting kit is used to remove rust, old paint, and stubborn dirt from metal parts or concrete.
- Compatibility — The connection with a coupling nut with M22 thread and an internal diameter of 14 mm is intended for older guns of Kärcher HD and HDS high-pressure cleaners.
- Brass nozzle #035 — The brass nozzle at the end of the stainless steel tube creates a pressurised water jet that draws in the abrasive in the sandblasting head.
- Ceramic cone — The inner cone of the sandblasting nozzle is made of ceramic, which is highly resistant to wear from sand and soda. The cone is inserted between the brass nozzle and the housing of the sandblasting head.
- Sturdy nozzle housing — The black housing of the sandblasting head is made of glass-fibre reinforced polypropylene.
- Stainless steel tube 46 cm — The 46 cm long stainless steel tube extends the reach and carries the sandblasting head with the suction inlet.
- Suction hose 3 m — The transparent siphon hose, 3 m long with a suction probe, is inserted directly into the container with the abrasive, allowing visibility of the medium flow. Due to the length of the hose, the container with sand can be placed away from the work area.
- Technical specifications — Maximum pressure 180 bar (2600 psi), maximum flow 10.5 l/min (2.8 gpm), and maximum water temperature 60 °C.
- Abrasive media — Dry silica sand, baking soda, or washed and dried river sand. The medium must be dry; otherwise, the probe will not draw it in.
- Easy to use — Connect the nozzle to the gun, insert the probe into the medium, and when the washer is turned on, water with sand will flow from the nozzle. The suction opening must face upwards to prevent water from entering the sand hose.

The sandblasting kit transforms the Kärcher HD or HDS high-pressure cleaner with M22 thread into a tool for wet sandblasting. With the 46 cm stainless steel tube and 3 m suction hose, you can work with a container of abrasive placed next to the washer. It is important to use dry media before working and to keep the suction opening above the nozzle during sandblasting. Dry the cleaned items as soon as possible after finishing work; otherwise, they may rust again. The kit is suitable for maintaining metal parts, renovating surfaces, and removing old coatings.

How do I return goods?
