Passiflora adenopoda Seeds 5 pcs Climbing Vine with Green-White Flowers and Purple Crown For Greenhouses and Conservatories
You already have the maximum available quantity in your cart.
Passiflora adenopoda is an exotic climbing passionflower, valued by growers for its unusual flowers. The green-white flowers have a delicate purple-spotted crown made of thin threads and a yellow centre, as clearly shown in the close-up image of the flower. The plant climbs using tendrils and produces long climbing shoots with lobed leaves. It is important to note that the fruits of this passionflower are not edible and are considered toxic, therefore the plant is grown exclusively as an ornamental. The pack contains 5 seeds, from which you can grow your own plant. It can be cultivated in pots, greenhouses, or conservatories.
Key Features:
- Green-White Flowers with Purple Crown — striking flowers have green-white petals, a delicate purple-spotted crown made of thin threads, and a yellow centre, which is the main attraction of the plant.
- Climbing Vine — the plant climbs using tendrils and produces long climbing shoots, which are suitable for training along supports, trellises, or pergolas.
- Fruits are Toxic — the fruits of this passionflower are not edible and are considered toxic, hence the plant is grown solely as an ornamental.
- Lobed Leaves — green lobed leaves complement the flowers and give the vine a dense, lush appearance throughout its growth.
- Pot Cultivation — the plant can be grown in a pot with support and can be placed in a greenhouse, conservatory, or bright interior according to space.
- Exotic Novelty — a less common species of passionflower that will enhance the grower's collection with an unusual climbing plant featuring distinctive flowers.
- Suitable for Support Structures — thanks to its tendrils, it easily covers a trellis, lattice, or pergola, serving as a natural green screen in the greenhouse.
- Pack of 5 Seeds — a smaller pack suitable for trying out cultivation or for collectors who wish to expand their collection with a new species of passionflower.
- Growing from Seeds — you have complete control over the entire development of the plant from germination to flowering vine, allowing you to adapt it to your conditions.
Contents of the Pack:
- 1x pack of Passiflora adenopoda seeds (5 pcs)
Passiflora adenopoda seeds are an interesting choice for growers who want to expand their collection with an unusual climbing vine featuring eye-catching flowers. The green-white flowers with a purple crown and lobed leaves make this passionflower an ornament for both greenhouses and conservatories. The pack contains 5 seeds, allowing you to try growing from the very beginning and observe how a small seed grows into a climbing vine. When cultivating, it is important to remember that the fruits are not edible and are toxic, making it a purely ornamental plant.
