Overview
Muntingia Calabura Seeds 1000 pcs Exotic Tree Jamaican Cherry with Red Fruits and White Flowers For Greenhouse and Container Cultivation

Muntingia calabura, known as the Jamaican cherry, is an exotic fruit tree with small round fruits that you won't often encounter in typical gardens. Red fruits resembling cherries ripen among fresh green leaves with serrated edges, complemented by white flowers with a yellow centre. The sweet flesh of the fruits conceals numerous tiny seeds, as seen in the halved fruits. The pack contains 1000 seeds, providing you with a substantial supply for growing a whole range of plants and for repeated sowings. In our conditions, the Jamaican cherry is primarily cultivated in greenhouses, conservatories, or larger containers.

Key features:

  • Red fruits — small round fruits resembling cherries are one of the main attractions of the species and adorn the tree during fruiting, standing out against the backdrop of green leaves.
  • White flowers — flowers with white petals and a yellow centre resemble strawberry flowers and give the tree a delicate appearance.
  • Serrated green leaves — fresh green leaves with jagged edges form a dense backdrop, allowing the fruits and flowers to stand out beautifully.
  • Exotic fruit tree — this species is distinctly different from commonly grown fruits, making it suitable for collectors and enthusiasts of unusual plants who enjoy trying new varieties.
  • Container cultivation — young plants can be grown in pots and placed in greenhouses, conservatories, or bright interiors according to your options and space.
  • Pack of 1000 seeds — a large quantity of seeds is suitable for extensive sowings, nurseries, and growers who wish to sow repeatedly at different times.
  • Growing from seeds — you can observe the entire development of the tree from germination to the first fruits and have the whole process under control from sowing to harvest.

Contents of the package:

  • 1x pack of Muntingia calabura seeds (1000 pcs)

The Jamaican cherry seeds are an interesting choice for growers who want to try cultivating exotic fruit from seed. The red fruits and white flowers make this tree a plant that combines ornamental and utilitarian value in one specimen. The pack contains 1000 seeds, giving you a substantial supply for growing a whole range of plants, repeated sowings, and sharing with other growers. Growing from seed is also an intriguing process, during which you have the entire development of the plant under control and can adapt it to your conditions. If you wish to expand your collection with an exotic fruit tree bearing small fruits, these seeds are a good choice.
