The anti-slip snow chains come in a pack of 4 and are designed for driving on snowy and icy roads as well as muddy paths. They are suitable for tyres with a width of 165–265 mm, making them ideal for cars and SUVs. Each segment is equipped with hardened steel spikes arranged in two rows, which disrupt ice and compacted snow while driving. The chain is held in place by a nylon strap that passes through a hole in the wheel and secures with a metal buckle. The chains can be fitted on-site without tools and without the need to lift the vehicle.
- Steel Spikes — the spikes are hardened and securely pressed into the segment, ensuring they do not come loose during driving. They are arranged in two rows and help the wheel gain traction on ice and compacted snow.
- Perforated Shape — the segment features radially arranged holes that allow snow to escape. The curved shape follows the tread of the tyre, ensuring the chain fits snugly without gaps.
- Segment Dimensions — the segment measures 36.5 x 11.5 cm and has a width of 4.5 cm at the strap attachment point. Compact dimensions facilitate storage of all four chains in the boot or glove compartment of the vehicle.
- Metal Buckle — the strap is secured with a metal buckle, which is positioned away from the tread and side of the tyre, preventing any abrasion on the tyre.
- Nylon Strap — a strong nylon strap with a stitched end is resistant to tension and abrasion, and its length can be adjusted according to the size of the wheel. The strap is threaded through the gap between the spokes of the wheel.
- Easy Installation — thread the strap through the lower hole of the segment and the gap in the wheel, open the buckle, pull the strap tightly, and close the buckle. Tuck the excess end into the second hole of the segment.
- Usage — the chains assist when driving on snow, ice and mud, for example on mountain roads, unmaintained paths or in off-road conditions. They are also useful on sand, helping the wheels when starting off.
- Safe Usage — do not fit the chain at the location of the tyre valve and drive at a maximum speed of 50 km/h. Avoid sudden braking and sharp turns. After driving a short distance, check the tightness of the straps.

How do I return goods?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the items you are returning.
