The trekking pole is designed for mountain hiking, climbing hills, and general outings off paved paths. Five-part folding construction collapses to a length of 35 cm after your hike, allowing you to store the pole in a backpack or carry-on luggage. The length can be adjusted between 103 and 120 cm, and the recommended height is approximately 150 to 175 cm. The pole body is made from aluminium alloy, the handle is made of EVA foam, and the tip is crafted from tungsten steel alloy. A quick release system secures the sections and can be operated with one hand and without tools.

How do I return goods?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the items you are returning.
- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.
- Send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number – this lets us refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.

How does it work?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and a description of the problem, and attach photographs or a video.
- We will assess it and suggest a solution. Photographs are usually enough – please do not send the goods back until you have received instructions from us.
- We will settle your claim within 30 days at the latest – with a new item, a price reduction or a refund.
If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).
ExchangesA different size, colour or variant
Write to us within 30 days of receipt at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the variant you are interested in. We usually reply within 24 hours.
If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
