The pneumatic spray gun for chassis is used for applying protective materials, adhesives to the chassis, and anti-corrosive agents on cars. The grey gun and cup are made from aluminium, making the assembly lightweight and easy to handle even under a raised vehicle. The material is drawn into the gun from the bottom cup, which is secured to the lid with a metal buckle. The set includes two extension hoses with brass ends, allowing you to reach cavities and hard-to-access areas of the bodywork. The gun connects to the compressor via a quick coupling included in the package, so you can start using it immediately after unpacking.
- Usage — The gun is designed for spraying protective materials and adhesives on the chassis, anti-corrosive treatment of metal parts, sills, and wheel arches, as well as for treating the interior of body cavities. It is suitable for armouring the chassis of passenger cars and vans.
- Aluminium Construction — The body of the gun and the cup are made from aluminium, which is lightweight and resistant to corrosion. The handle is shaped with grooves, ensuring the gun is comfortable to hold even during extended use.
- Adjustable Nozzle — At the end of the barrel is a rotating brass nozzle, which allows you to adjust the shape and width of the spray according to the size of the area being treated.
- Air Regulation — A rotating regulator on the top of the gun adjusts the air supply. The trigger is shaped for comfortable finger operation.
- Suction Cup with Buckle — The cup attaches from underneath to the gun and is secured with a metal buckle. It can be easily removed and reattached for filling and cleaning.
- Extension Hoses — The straight hose sprays directly ahead, while the hose with the 360° nozzle disperses the material in all directions, evenly covering the interior of sills, beams, and profiles.
- Easy Cleaning — After use, the cup can be easily removed from the gun. The included brush with stiff bristles helps remove residue from the nozzle, threads, and hose ends, ensuring the assembly is ready for the next use.

The spray gun for chassis is suitable for use in a home garage as well as in a car service where chassis and cavity protection is regularly performed. Thanks to the suction feed of material, you only need to fill the cup, connect compressed air, and you can start spraying. The extension hoses expand the use to areas that cannot be reached with the gun alone. After work, you can remove the cup, empty it, and clean the gun and hoses with the included brush. A compressor with an air hose is required for operation, and you can fine-tune the spray and air supply directly on the gun according to the material you are applying.

How do I return goods?

If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).
