The children's school backpack is designed for both girls and boys who need a practical school bag for everyday carrying of books and notebooks. The orthopaedic school backpack features shaped padded back with reinforced support and ventilation channels, which help distribute the load while carrying. Adjustable shoulder straps are complemented by a chest strap with buckle and padded hip belt, which help the backpack stay securely on the child's back. The backpack has a main zip compartment, a front zip pocket, and a lower front pocket with a flap secured by press studs. On the sides, there are side pockets for small items, and at the top, a sturdy handle for carrying by hand or hanging. How do I return goods?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the items you are returning.
- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.
- Send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number – this lets us refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.

How does it work?

- We will assess it and suggest a solution. Photographs are usually enough – please do not send the goods back until you have received instructions from us.
- We will settle your claim within 30 days at the latest – with a new item, a price reduction or a refund.
If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).

Write to us within 30 days of receipt at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the variant you are interested in. We usually reply within 24 hours.
If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
