A faulty sensor or actuator is difficult to diagnose in a car, as without its own excitation signal, it can only be estimated whether the part is responding correctly. This sensor tester can directly excite the parts and monitor their behaviour, turning assumptions into measurements. It can perform a test of ignition coils including independent ignition and modular type coils as well as injector tests, accommodating 12V injectors for petrol vehicles and 12V and 24V injectors for diesel vehicles. The solenoid valve and fuel metering valve are controlled by various duty cycles, allowing for the simulation of actual operating conditions. It can also test stepper motors for idle, instrument panels, or headlight control, which are often a common source of strange vehicle behaviour.
An interesting feature is the Hall signal generator, which has adjustable output frequencies, amplitude, and duty cycle. This allows for the simulation of various duty cycle sensors, such as the air conditioning pressure sensor or airflow meter of this type. The colour display also functions as an oscilloscope, displaying values for Vmin, Vmax, frequency, duty cycle, and the set scale, so the waveform is visible in both numbers and graphically. The panel includes a set of sockets for adjustable voltage output, signal, ground, coil excitation, and power supply, along with multimeter inputs with a range up to 3 A and 30 V. The buttons below the display change the frequency and duty cycle, a separate pair controls the stepper motor, and a rotary knob adjusts the output voltage in nine positions.

How do I return goods?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the items you are returning.
- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.
