A reader that can only read codes can describe a symptom but cannot do anything with the vehicle. This diagnostics tool works bidirectionally, so in addition to reading data, it also sends commands to the units and verifies whether the part actually responds. The diagnostics target ECM, TCM, ABS and SRS, that is, the engine, transmission, braking system and airbags, and is complemented by 15 service resets for actions following a repair. Support includes the CAN FD protocol, which is used by newer vehicles with a faster data bus. Control is carried out on a 6.2-inch display with Android 8.1 and is complemented by buttons on the right side of the body.
Coverage is reported for over 10,000 vehicles and more than 150 car brands, including passenger cars, SUVs, minivans and light commercial vehicles with a twelve-volt system. One device thus serves a diverse range of vehicles that a smaller workshop might encounter in a single week. Updates have extended the list of supported brands to include models from 2025 and have also fixed some previous bugs. The internal 32 GB memory is used for programming multiple vehicle models and, along with a frequency of up to 1.4 GHz, contributes to the smooth operation. AI diagnostics is also present, helping to navigate the measured data and quickly determine where to continue the fault-finding process.

How do I return goods?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the items you are returning.
- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.
- Send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number – this lets us refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.

How does it work?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and a description of the problem, and attach photographs or a video.
- We will assess it and suggest a solution. Photographs are usually enough – please do not send the goods back until you have received instructions from us.
- We will settle your claim within 30 days at the latest – with a new item, a price reduction or a refund.
If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).
ExchangesA different size, colour or variant
Write to us within 30 days of receipt at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the variant you are interested in. We usually reply within 24 hours.
If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
